About this file

This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) file for a federal contract opportunity involving a bathroom trailer service. The solicitation requires servicing one 32FT bathroom trailer with 10 stalls, located at 1947 Harrington Memorial Rd, Mansfield, Ohio, with 7 toilets, 3 urinals, and 5 sinks. The trailer has men's and women's sides, expects 40 users per day, and has a 900-gallon waste tank capacity. The contract requires weekly cleaning and waste disposal, with services to be performed between 0800-1630 hours Monday through Thursday.

Key contract details include the contractor being responsible for providing all consumables (toilet paper, soap, paper towels), performing weekly waste disposal off-base at their own expense, and meeting background check requirements. The quote submission deadline is 4 November 2025, and no contract award will be made until appropriated funds are available. The government will provide water, power, waste holding tank, and propane for the trailer's heater. Performance will be evaluated based on standards in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), with potential price reductions for non-compliance, particularly for waste disposal issues.
