About this file

This is a Question and Answer document (Amendment 0004) for solicitation W50S8R25Q0004, which addresses logistical details for a UPS power module replacement and battery upgrade project for the Ohio Army National Guard.

The Q&A clarifies that work can be performed during normal business hours, with contractor personnel requiring escort in the building. The work location is on the first floor, with vehicle access available within 75 feet of the work area through an overhead door. Parts can be stored within 50 feet of the UPS units, and there are no site restrictions that would impact labor estimates beyond the escort requirement. This information supplements the original solicitation for replacement of an Eaton 93PM-200 UPS system power module and two battery backup systems requiring 144 compatible 12V 500W sealed lead acid batteries.
