From: Waibel Energy Systems

Date: 16 June 2022

To: Contracting Officer James Andrews

1. Solicitation Number:W50S8Q-22-B-0001

2. Location of Project: WAAR202118

3. Information Requested: (Include Specification Section and/or Drawing Number and Page if inquiring about a discrepancy)

1. During our review we could not find building 149, 157, or 158 as a part of the central HVAC system.

Do they have Niagara controllers that need replaced? If so, we may need another site visit specific to go to each of those buildings and see those controllers because they are not currently part of the main Building Automation system.

2. Building 113, 151, and ramp lights were the name of controllers that were formally on the BAS, but we not listed on the RFP. We just want to confirm those do not need replaced as a part of this project.

3. There are numerous other Controllers that are listed on the RFP that are not currently communicating to the front end, likely for some networking reason. Is it correct to assume we will still replace those controllers, but we are not responsible for resolving any networking issues currently preventing communication with the front-end building automation system?

Response:

1. Yes, Bldgs 149, 157, and 158 do have controllers that need replaced.

2. Bldg 113 was confirmed to have a controller that needs replaced. It has been added to a new version of the PWS (attached). 151 and Ramp Lights do not need replaced.

3. Please see attached RFI GMN RFI001 with list of controllers and their current status on the system.

All replaced/upgraded controllers will be required to be communicating properly with the front-end system.
