About this file
This Questions and Answers Document provides clarification for solicitation W50S8G-25-Q-LIFT regarding Genie Boom Lift Diagnostics, Repair, and Maintenance for the New Mexico Air National Guard. The document addresses three key questions: (1) confirming this is a new contract with no incumbent, (2) clarifying that the site visit is optional but highly recommended, and (3) instructing vendors to prepare quotes using only known information from the Performance Work Statement (PWS), with any additional needed items to be covered through a contract modification after award. The Q&A was issued on 4 April 2025 and provides guidance to potential offerors about preparing their quotes for this small business set-aside solicitation involving diagnostic and maintenance services for six Genie boom lifts located at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico.
