Request for Information (RFI) 1-2 22 August 2023

Q1 - The requirement in the PWS is for the contractor to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for Logistics Support Services for a period of one (1) year in support of the 103rd Rescue Squadron. For maintenance support will MTOE/TDA equipment be provided? If not will what risk will the command be willing to assume if Commercial Off the Shelf (CTO) items are purchased and used to execute the mission requirement. If CTO items are required for purchase will the Contractor be provided the make and model as specified by any and all Technical Manuals (TM) and or Field Manuals (FM). Is there a substitution for National Stock Number (NSN).

A1 – As indicate at paragraph 3.3, all tools necessary for the performance of the contract.

There will be no CTO items required for purchase under this contract.

Q2- It is our assumption that the personnel currently operating the 103rd Rescue Squadron might want to be retained. Is that correct? If so, do we have access to their CV's?

A2- The solicitation does not take the assumption that the personnel currently operating might want to be retained.
