About this file

This document is a list of applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses for a Department of Defense procurement. The file does not address specific products, services, response dates, pricing terms, set-asides, or other procurement details. Instead, it serves as a regulatory reference document identifying the standard and deviation clauses that will be incorporated into the contract.

The applicable clauses cover a broad range of compliance and regulatory requirements including small business representations, payment procedures, security and cybersecurity safeguards, environmental and labor standards, prohibited business activities, subcontracting requirements, and dispute resolution processes. Notable among the listed clauses are those addressing covered defense information security (DFARS 252.204-7012), buy American requirements (DFARS 252.225-7001), prohibitions on procurement from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and restrictions on foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems. Several clauses are noted as deviations from standard FAR/DFARS text, identified by deviation numbers such as 2026-O0038 and 2024-O0013. The document directs offerors to access the full text of clauses electronically through acquisition.gov and the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement website.
