TextField1: Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreement for Nebraska ANG
TextField1: 1st Lt Reid Dalton, reid.dalton@us.af.mil
TextField1: Are third-party travel management companies allowed to respond to this solicitation?
TextField1: Yes. Third-party vendors are welcome to respond.
TextField1: Will a tax-exempt form be provided?
TextField1: Yes.
TextField1: Out of the two forms of invoicing, Government Purchase Card and Wide Area Workflow, which will be utilized more?
TextField1: Wide Area Workflow will be utilized primarily.
TextField1: Will there be one point of contact with a GPC to pay for lodging or will all guests have their own?
TextField1: If a GPC is used, it will be one point of contact.
TextField1: Is there an estimate of how many parking spaces are needed?
TextField1: Please reference Exhibit 3 - Estimated Workload Data. Single occupancy rooms would need one parking space and double occupancy rooms would need two spaces.
TextField1: After awarded this bid, will you be providing the full year’s anticipated manifest or will you provide the guest count month to month?
TextField1: The Government will provide the contractor a calendar yearly showing the weekends for Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD) training to help forecast. Typically, monthly BPA Calls will be placed for guest counts for the respective month, but may be more or less frequent depending on mission requirements. Reference section titled "PLACING INDIVIDUAL CALLS/ORDERS (RESERVATION PROCEDURES)" on Attachment 2 - Terms and Conditions.
TextField1: Since this requirement is from March 20, 2024, to March 19, 2029, are we able to quote yearly or will our quotes have to stand for the entire period of performance?
TextField1: Adjustments to established price lists shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer following the procedures in section titled "PRICING" on Attachment 2 - Terms and Conditions.
TextField1: We were just wondering what is the purpose of the travel? Or who are the guests that are traveling?
TextField1: This requirement is for authorized Government personnel traveling on Nebraska Air National Guard business. Most of the required lodging is for authorized members on Regularly Scheduled Drill weekends but members require lodging periodically throughout the month as well depending on mission requirements.
TextField1: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
TextField1: There is an incumbent performing these services, Crew Facilities LLC, UEI: LKBQULNGWLZ6, Contract No. W50S89-21-A-0001
TextField1: Based on the provided information, we would like to clarify whether the Contracting Officer should complete and submit the PPQ documents directly to your email address, or if we should include them within our overall proposal submission.
TextField1: The PPQ should be completed and sent by the Contracting Officer directly to myself via email, separately from your overall submission.
TextField1: Does the hotel need to be registered in SAM to be awarded this bid if a travel management company is submitting a proposal on their behalf? If the third-party management company is registered in SAM but the hotel is not, does this exclude us?
TextField1: If a travel management company (3rd party) is awarded a BPA, our agreement will be with them, and they must be registered in SAM. The hotel(s) a 3rd party will be submitting price lists for would not have to be registered in SAM, as our agreement would be with the 3rd party and not the hotel(s).
TextField1: Do rooms need to be guaranteed? In the event the hotel does have enough vacancies during peak months, are we able to utilize another hotel that we submitted with?
TextField1: You can have (and are encouraged to) as many alternate hotels on your price list as you want to be able to fulfill the requirement. The rooms must be guaranteed when/if accepting the BPA Call Reservation Details.
