Q1. In the solicitation, it is written for on-site service support, removal, and then installation and testing upon their return. Would the customer be able to rack the breakers out and ship them to our facility? We would then perform the required PEARL Test and Inspection, provide their findings and recommendations upon completion, and then recondition / repair as appropriate and as approved. Or is the on-site support something that is absolutely needed on this contract?
A1. The only On-site support for the company is to pick up the two breakers at (Bldg 854) loading dock, transport them to their shop for revamping and to be repaired.
