Repair ’80 JLG MODEL 800AJ Lift 1:00 PM 15 May 2020

Dated: 15 May 2020

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this project. Please quote based on information provided in the Description of Services.

Q1. On the inspect engine, do you guys want fluids/filters changed at that time? Is there an annual inspection that needs to be completed on the boom after repairs to meet ANSI standards?

A1. Fluids do not need to be hanged just topped off after repairs. This project does not require annual inspections.

Q2. Does this mean annual inspection? If so how will additional repairs needed to pass annual inspection be handled? Very rarely do we see an lift pass an annual without additional repairs need to pass annual inspection.

A2. There is no annual inspection required as part of this project. We need the lift inspected after repairs to see if there are any other issues.

Q3. To give an accurate quote, I am in need of the serial number of the 80 foot JLG lift. Please provide.

A3. See A4

Q4. I do not see a serial number in either document and we need one to look up parts and get pricing. It is noted that this is an 800AJ, we’ve never inspected this model only a 800S and then performed the work. Can we inspect? If not we can make it work with a

SN.

A4. 2016 JLG 80’ Articulating Boom Lift

Model #800AJ Serial #0300212661

Q5. We did work for Selfridge at an earlier date and I believe just sent an email quote and did the work once approved, is that all we need to do here?

A5. Please follow the instructions provided in the synopsis/solicitation.

General Information:

-The fluids need to be topped off after all repairs are made.

-Inspection is to inspect after requested repairs are made to see if there are any other problems that weren’t found before. If there are any other problems that are discovered during the inspection, the repairs for these items will be procured outside the scope of this contract.

-Reseal engine needs to be quoted so price is there if necessary.

-The CMRA is a one-time online reporting entry sometime between October 1 to 31, 2020; not a requirement at this time.
