About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for W50S81-25-Q-B004, detailing questions and answers regarding a storage container procurement by the Massachusetts Air National Guard. The RFI clarifies key requirements: the procurement is for new, one-trip storage containers that can be delivered via flatbed and unloaded on-site using a forklift. Notably, the containers must comply with Buy American regulations, meaning Chinese-made containers are not acceptable, and the requirement is specifically for purchasing containers, not renting them.
The solicitation indicates that quotes are due by July 17, 2025, and interested vendors should submit their proposals with accompanying attachments including a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation, Provisions and Clauses, Product Description, and a Fillable RFQ. Questions about the solicitation should be directed to MSgt Nathan Staples at 104.fw.msc@us.af.mil. The procurement is being conducted by the Department of the Army Massachusetts Army National Guard, with the specific requirement for 104 storage containers that have the capability to be locked, though locks are not mandatory.
