49Page 3 of the SOW, Objectives item 1.1, calls for the entire hanger needs replacement. Your RFQ states entire hanger. Do you know what is existing as there is nothing that I have found in the documents to verify that or what material I am to figure. 56We noticed there are little to no transitions for doorways

throughout the building. It is not called for in the statement of work but for cosmetic and longevity reasons we recommend putting them.

Add transitions where there are none. Rubber would be the best option. If there is a metal transition in good shape, I would say to reuse the metal transition.

57 The statement of work does not call for new resilient base, but in order to remove the flooring it must be removed. You CAN reinstall the base you remove but it will not be pleasing to the eye. Therefore we are asking whether new base will be added to the scope of work.

Yes new base cove
58Some of the rooms on the statement of work were mislabeled. Can we

get an updated statement of work with correct numbered rooms and corresponding scopes in those rooms?

59Regarding the flush valves, do you want just the handle replaced or

the entire housing / assembly from the toilet to the wall?
