About this file

The provided documents detail a Pre-Solicitation for a Portable 100-Ton Chiller with Pump Package by the Department of the Army National Guard, solicitation number W50S7X25Q0008. The procurement seeks a comprehensive chiller unit with extensive technical specifications, including an air-cooled scroll packaged chiller with specific electrical requirements (60 hertz, 460 volt, 3 phases), comprehensive refrigeration features, and multiple environmental adaptability options ranging from -0°F to 125°F.

The chiller package includes a 300 GPM pump mounted on a hot-dipped galvanized skid, designed for trailer mounting and forklift mobility. Critical technical requirements include UL listing, ASHRAE 90.1 compliance, AHRI certification, integrated electrical and control systems, standalone temperature controls, and extensive safety features. The unit must be manufactured according to NEC codes, undergo hydrostatic pressure testing, and include electrical connections, temperature/pressure monitoring, and a white-coated exterior. A third-party engineering firm must provide certified structural calculations, and the entire unit must be test-run before final acceptance.
