About this file

The contracting officer is Captain Alicia Braun from 183 MSG/MSC, supported by Contracting Specialist MSgt Amanda Brenizer. The contract period is 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, inclusive of all work, cleanup, and punch list items. Following receipt and approval of required documents, the government will conduct a pre-construction conference before issuing the Notice to Proceed.

Key administrative requirements for bidders include registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/ with a Unique Entity ID number, and requesting access to controlled documents in the solicitation attachments section. All written questions, particularly technical inquiries, must be submitted via email to the contracting office contacts (Alicia.Braun@us.af.mil and Amanda.Brenizer@us.af.mil) and not directly to government engineers. Bidders should expect security delays when accessing the base, with vehicle searches conducted at the Main Gate; those who previously submitted SF 1705 forms need not resubmit for the bid closing date. Mailed bids require advance notification to the contracting office to ensure timely receipt. All contractor questions and answers, amendments, and correspondence will be posted to https://sam.gov/, and bidders are advised to monitor the website frequently for updates and any issued amendments that may change plans or specifications.
