Please expand on the requirements of these systems to be commissioned. For example, what is an acceptable air leakage requirement on the existing building? What is evaluated for the existing walls, fenestration, roof openings, floors, attics, slabs-on-grade, floor assemblies?

A3. Commissioning will not be required on the Building Envelope. There will only be confirmation that systems are installed per the manufacturer’s recommendations as compared to approved submittals.
