W50S7S23Q0010 Q&A 1
1. Do you have a specific solicitation/quote form you want us to submit with the proposal?
Please submit quote in any form. It needs to be detailed and needs to explain the proposed campaign with reach detail. Should also detail proposed billing schedule.
2. What dates is work desired to be started for each zone? Is there a schedule?
Campaigns can be of any length. But start date must be within a month of award (prep work counts), and for “severable services”, cannot exceed one year.
3. Does each zone want all the same work requirements of advertising for the desired prices listed per zone?
This is left to the prerogative of the advertising agency.
4. The contract opportunity states that this campaign is intended to target audiences not covered under national programs for various professional leagues. Is it just stating that advertising is to exclude the listed leagues or something more specific? Please clarify full intention by adding that in the scope.
Correct, the intent of this solicitation is to exclude the list as there are national contracts already covering those areas.
5. What is the timeframe you are looking to run marketing?
See question 2.
6. Are the zone budgets media spend excluding the agency fee?
The advertised price per zone is a not to exceed number. The government does not plan on paying more than those amounts. Include all administrative and performance costs in those line items.
7. Is OOH marketing around major sports stadiums covered in the national campaign?
Not that the 126ARW is aware, assuming the marketing is not affiliated with the stadium or league.
8. Would the Government consider Pandora and Spotify as radio or digital marketing?
Yes.
9. Does the zone pricing listed include advertising budget or will that be separate?
The advertised price per zone is a not to exceed number. The government does not plan on paying more than those amounts. Include all administrative and performance costs in those line items.
10. Are you considering MLB play by play on the radio as part of the same audience as the national MLB sponsorship?
No, assuming the contractor’s agreement does not conflict with national contracts.
11. We note that radio advertisements could be used for the campaign. Please advise if IL ANG would be providing the advertisement i.e. the audio required.
IL ANG could provide the audio.
Also, what would be the length of the ads, are they 15 or 30 second ads.
This is up to Contractor to propose. Please provide quotes for times in that range.
12. Do you have any specific dates for the campaign?
See question 2.
13. Could you please clarify if the amounts listed for each zone - Zone 1-$20,000, Zone 2-$5,000, Zone 3-$25,000 - represent the monthly budget or the total budget for the project?
The advertised budget is the total budget the government current has for each zone for the entire campaign.
