Singing River Island or Port of GPT Maritime High Value Asset (HVA) Defense High Value Asset (HVA) simulating a military-contract merchant vessel will get underway from Gulfport, MS and transit outbound toward sea. PSU 308 boats will transport and insert a 6-9 member security team onboard HVA with blank-firing M240Bs. OPFOR boats (1X vessel 75' preferred) 2 X 25'-45' vessels will make a simulated attack on the target vessel to be repelled by boat escort and embarked security working in coordination. At a pre-determined point, boat escort will be discontinued and the HVA will continue under protection of embarked security team only. OPFOR boats will make a second simulated attack against the HVA to be repelled by the embarked security. After FINEX, boats will extract the embarked security team and RTB

In accordance Title 46 of the CFR, since we intend to have more than seven (7) pax on‐board, the vessel the customer requires must have a USCG certified Boat and USCG Licensed Boat Captain.
Para 1.1.1 will be reduced to 12 personnel. This time frame (on-target time is 1300 local time and depart at 1730 local time) is when the vessel is needed for the mission and doesn’t include transit time to get to and from the training location.
