Based on the timeline of proposal submission and award date, we won’t have 15 days to identify clothing requirements in para. 1.4.12. May the government provide any specifics regarding civilian regional clothing required?
Normal civilian attire will suffice. Black baseball caps have been used in the past as an identifying uniformity. It can be and armband since it is difficult to wear a hat with goggles and faceshield.
