Questions & Answers
Q1) The scope of work does not provide the handoff type SIP Ethernet or PRI. There is no detail of how many minutes of local usage. These items are needed to provide a coherent quote.
A1) Our current local phone service provides unlimited local calling. The current long-distance service provides unlimited voice calls. These services are not combined at this time but will need to be on the new contract. The contractor should provide information on phone plans for SIP services. We will be transitioning from PRI to SIP. (added to PWS, section 1.2)
