About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal contract opportunity to procure 215 concrete Jersey barriers. The solicitation number is W50S7G26QA028, and submissions should be directed to the U.S. Air Force contacts palmour.requena@us.af.mil and joshua.zachariah.2@us.af.mil.
Award will be based on a best-value trade-off assessment considering price, technical capability, and delivery schedule with no rigid weighted scale applied. All 215 units must be delivered on or before the 90-day mark, with proposed delivery schedules earlier than 90 days receiving consideration in the evaluation. Government personnel and equipment will unload the barriers from delivery trailers, eliminating contractor responsibility for unloading and placement. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 5610. Contractor submissions must include a signed Standard Form 1449 (SF 1449), pricing quote, and product-compliance information; no additional technical documentation beyond product-compliance information is required. Quotes should be submitted via email to both designated Air Force representatives.
