Micah Kruse Contract Execution Checklist 03 June 2015 The “down stream” valve is directly connected to the 3 fire pumps in 1677 on the outgoing/ discharge side of the system. The valve can be isolated but should have minimum effect on the water level inside the tank even if left in the open position.There is only one “incoming” commercial water main on the fill side of the tank and its correlating isolation valve is before the altitude valve on the system.
Yes, replacement valve shall include sensing line.
No, the water storage tank is not currently empty.
No, the fire pump will not be used to drain the tank and test the new altitude valve.
