Solicitation Number: W50S72-25-Q-7101 Questions and Answers v1 Current as of 22 July 2025

Q1. How is the payment structure set up on the contract?

A1. Payment will be made by DFAS after EACH service period, once a complete and accurate invoice has been submitted and accepted (i.e. a WAWF payment request is made following a 2 day guard drill for those specific 2 days).

Q2. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project?

A2. This actually is a service that is currently being performed at the 185th ARW in Sioux City, Iowa under contract # W50S72-21-P-0003.

Q3. How many Food Service Attendants are currently being used, or, were used on the previous contract?

A3. The current contract that is in place is W50S72-21-P-0003. Feel free to reach out to the contractor in order to obtain their information for personnel on hand. Seeing as how the contract does not direct them to have a certain number of attendants, just that they perform all the required duties with the time allotted, we have no direction on how many it takes to fulfill the requirement.

Q4. Will a Site Visit be scheduled, if so, what date and time?

A4. No site visit is scheduled per the solicitation, however, we would be happy to facilitate any sort of on base viewing of the facility as requested.

Q5. I am on SAM.gov reviewing the RFQ for Dining Hall Attendant Services (W50S72-25-Q-7101). The Provisions and Clauses portion is not viewable without a compatible PDF reader. It says I must download Microsoft Ignite. Is this correct?

A5. The system was trying to convert the document with UNNEEDED CUI markings that were triggering this issue. A revised ‘Provisions and Clauses’ sheet will be posted along with this Q & A sheet on SAM.gov. that should be publicly viewable.
