2. I am writing to inquire about Solicitation Number W50S6W-22-Q-0001 to inquire about the manufacturer of the sunshades? If the manufacture is listed and I missed it, please accept my apologies. I want to be able to determine if Creative Tent International can provide you with the inspection, maintenance, and repair services you are requesting.

3. Please confirm if an amendment will be issued for the solicitation, and when we should expect to see it posted on SAM.gov
· The amendment will be posted on 6 April 2022, it will be seen on SAM.Gov at that time.
4. The solicitation notes the contract award will be based on Price (based on completed/returned price list provided with solicitation), Technical Acceptability, and Past Performance
a. It appears the only information/documentation to be submitted as a response is the Price List – filled out and signed. Can you clarify if any additional information should be provided for technical acceptability and/or past performance?
· Technical Acceptability - Determination will be made based on the contractor’s ability to meet the requirements listed in the attached Performance Work Statement. Offeror’s shall provide a Capability Statement and Performance Plan with their quotes. This documentation should detail the vendor’s capabilities, warranties associated with the proposed work, as well as their detailed plan to satisfy all requirements listed within the attached Performance Work Statement. These documents will be evaluated along with the price quotes to help determine which vendor will provide the best value to the Government for this contract requirement.
· Past Performance – No additional information from Offerors will be necessary.
5. Typically standard form SF-1442 is provided with solicitations to be filled out as necessary and returned with bid responses. There does not appear to be an SF-1442 form provided on SAM.gov. Can you confirm if this is required with bid responses, and if so where it is posted?
· There will be no SF-1442 associated with this solicitation, offeror’s may provide their quotes via the Price List.

If these items are to be included in the bid response, can you please note which CLIN line they should be included within?
· While the Government has identified what they believe to be issues with the Sunshades, we wish for the winning Offeror to conduct their own inspection. This shall be accomplished during the Initial Inspection and the results shall be provided to the Government in accordance with the PWS. The Government will determine the repair services to be rendered after the inspection has been conducted.
