About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation No. W50S6U26QA011 for 195 Wing Commercial Lodging, dated 19 Nov 2025. The solicitation is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial lodging services, which is a follow-on requirement to previous BPAs held by Hotel Source Assist LLC and Murieta Inn, LLC. Key details include: quotes must be submitted through the PIEE solicitation module, vendors can quote for multiple facilities across five locations, and nightly rates will cover single and double occupancy rooms with all applicable fees except tax.
Pricing terms specify that quote rates are effective for one year and subject to annual review, with Net 30 payment terms. Vendors can submit quotes for multiple locations, and hotels can partner with other hotels while maintaining consistent Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Cage Code. Additional fees not incidental to accommodation will be treated as separate charges but must be disclosed with the quote. The government anticipates reserving rooms at all six locations, with many members requiring parking access, and the specific number of rooms and dates will be determined by individual call orders issued under the BPA.
