About this file

This document is a Vendor Questions and Answers file for a CADPAD Disposal solicitation with the contract number W50S6S25Q0020, located in Tucson, AZ. The solicitation involves the disposal of explosive materials classified under Division 1.3 (fire hazard) and Division 1.4 (minor explosive hazard). The government expects items to be picked up within 45 days after receipt of order (ARO), with the timeline potentially adjusting based on vendor quotes and lead times.

The accompanying images show multiple shelving units in a storage area, containing numerous boxed items with hazard labels, suggesting the materials to be disposed of are potentially military or government-related explosive or sensitive equipment. While Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are not available for all items, the government has classified the materials into specific explosive divisions, indicating the specialized nature of the disposal requirement. All items listed on Attachment 2 of the solicitation are slated for disposal, and this is confirmed as a new requirement, not a contract renewal.
