Text version
1) What's the tentative campaign start date?
01 September 2022
2) Do you have a quote worksheet template that I need to use? or Do I create my own quote worksheet?
I don't have a quote worksheet template. Last year, each vendor submitted their own packages they were not in a specified format.
3) Will the creative asset or advertising material be provided by the AANG?
The creative image has been created and we have some static signs that were used last year. Please quote as if the billboards have to be created in case the ones we have don't fit the available locations.
4) How many static billboards are needed per city?
We want the fewest billboards necessary in each city in order to generate the desired number of impressions.
5) In the statement of requirement under the baseline requirements section you have multiple cities listed (i.e., Birmingham/Hoover billboards), do you need billboard(s) for one city or both cities?
Hoover is a suburb of Birmingham and they should be considered as one location for the purpose of our campaign. Hoover was the actual location of the Birmingham area billboard for last year's campaign and it is highly desirable because two major traffic arteries converge there in I-459 and I-65.
6) What should I do if there's no billboard inventory in cities like Madison, Prattville, and Baldwin?
Please provide alternate locations that can generate the desired impressions (other potential areas could include Decatur, Florence/Muscle Shoals, Eastern Montgomery, Mobile, or South Baldwin County).
7) The statement of requirement states the Auburn billboard(s) need to be located on or within .5 miles of Hwy 29, North of I-65, what should I do if the billboards aren't located within .5 miles?
The Auburn area billboard should have said I-85 instead of I-65 and another location or locations in the Auburn/Opelika metro area that can generate the desired number of impressions are acceptable.
