REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION- 187 FW OHWS W50S6N-21-R-0002

RFI #1:

1. Is there an incumbent for this requirement? If so, could you please provide name and contract number?

Yes, W50S6N-20-P-0011 was awarded to Testudo Logistics

1. Could you please provide the number of pilots/fighter aircrew who will be receiving these services?

The pilots are highly encouraged to use the program but it is not mandatory, thus making the exact number hard to define, but expected usage is between 30-40 pilots

1. Does the Government expect for the Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and the Massage Therapist to be available during all operating hours identified in PWS 1.4.1? In other words, does the Government expect the Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Massage Therapist each to provide services on a 30 hours per week schedule?

No, based on the offeror’s submitted proposed care and staff plan, the services provided must be available during the required hours of service; how the offeror chooses to tailor their overall care plan to meet the requirement is up to the individual offeror (i.e. if you require 2 staff personnel to meet your intended care plan, then the individual hours of work performed by those 2 staff personnel should reflect full coverage during the defined work periods)
