About this file

This document contains questions and responses related to solicitation number W50S6K23Q0007 for recruiting storefront window wrap from the Department of the Army National Guard. The responses clarify that the required performance address is 505 Old Steese Hwy Suite 124 in Fairbanks, Alaska rather than the alternate address listed, and that September 30 is the required start date for work. Additionally, the estimated 4,000 square feet of vinyl material stated in the statement of work is incorrect, and the accurate amount needed is 559 square feet to cover the 32 windows as specified.

Q: Line item 7 requires a Sept 30 install date and also lists the address as 168 AMXS 4555 Flightline Ave (Building 1171) Eielson AFB, AK 99702. Can you confirm this is the required date and what (if anything) is required at this address?

A: Required performance address is what is listed in the CLIN, 505 Old Steese Hwy Suite 124, Fairbanks, AK 99701. Sept 30 is the required performance start date (when work must begin).

Q: You are asking for approximately 4,000 square feet of vinyl material for the windows, but the windows only calculate out to approximately 559 sf of material required. Please advise if there are additional requirements other than the stated 32 windows.

A: The 559 sq ft of material is a more accurate number. There are no additional requirements. Can disregard the 4,000 sq ft calculation included in the statement of work as well as the 3,090 square feet calculation. Likely error was requesting agency calculating requirements in inches.
