About this file
This document appears to be a set of questions and answers related to the warehouse requirements for the INSCOM G4 Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering Support (GILE) contract.
The key details are:
- The contract requires the contractor to provide a warehouse facility within 45 miles of INSCOM headquarters that meets specific requirements, including 12,000 square feet of open storage space, a commercial dock, and a 1,800 square foot hardstand.
- There are no clearance-level requirements for the warehouse facility itself, as the government will provide the necessary SCIF space.
- The government will not be cancelling the existing Alban Road warehouse lease, as they do not hold that lease. Decisions regarding the Alban Road facility will be made by the incoming and outgoing contractors.
- The warehouse costs will be evaluated as part of the Total Evaluated Price for the contract.
The document provides clarification on the warehouse requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement for the GILE contract opportunity.
