About this file
This document contains questions and responses from an Industry Day held by the Army regarding the Integrated Fires and Mission Command (IFMC) Low Rate Initial Production/Full Rate Production (LRIP/FRP) requirement. The major supplies and services to be acquired under the IFMC LRIP/FRP requirement include production and integration of the IFMC major end items of Engagement Operations Centers, Engagement Center Trailer, IFMC Collaborative Environment, and Integrated Fire Control Network Relays. Engineering services for IFMC, contractor logistics support, travel and material, as well as foreign military sales support will also be required. The anticipated contract type is a full and open competition resulting in a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.
The Industry Day provided an overview of the IFMC program, hardware architecture, LRIP/FRP requirements, entrance criteria, draft acquisition strategy and evaluation criteria. Questions from industry were addressed in the document pertaining to technical, contractual and programmatic aspects of the requirement. Registration was required by February 21, 2020 to attend the briefing and optional hardware tour being held on March 3, 2020 at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
