Questions & Answers #1 November 25, 2019
Q1. Is there an incumbent service provider? If so what is annual value of contract?
A1. Yes; Approximately $53,000.00
Q2. Has SOW been increased on this new contract cycle?
A2. Approximately 4% increase
Q3. If there is a change in service providers with a new contract, who is responsible for removing old contract odor control drip systems? Who will inspect to make sure all work has been patched, sealed and cleaned?
A3. Current Drip System Owner shall be responsible for removing their own systems.
Awardee shall be responsible to inspect patching, sealing and cleanliness of existing surfaces.
Q4. Phase in: to install approximately 1000 units on the base/property will take approximately 7-10 works days, with a crew of 3-4 staff: is that suitable to your timeline?
A4. Yes. Per PWS amendment to Paragraph 4.8, the following is added: Phase-in/out:
Maximum phase-in/out period shall not exceed 10 work days and shall be coordinated with the COR.
Q5. What is approximate start date?
A5. January/February 2020
