About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award issued by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) Printing Services for Request for Quote (RFQ) #25*0381, specifically for 10,000 VR ENV 15 Multi Title Envelopes. The solicitation sought competitive bids from vendors, with evaluation criteria including pricing, turnaround time, and printed in Michigan experience. The procurement process allows for award to the vendor providing the best overall value, with the right to perform work in-house if elected.
The bid was evaluated between two vendors: The Envelope Printery and Image Printing, with The Envelope Printery recommended as the winning bidder at a price of $1,956.10 and a 10-working day turnaround. The recommended vendor met all evaluation criteria, including being printed in Michigan, having appropriate experience, and offering the most competitive pricing. Prospective bidders were instructed that any protests must be submitted electronically through Vendor Self Service by the posted deadline, with protests received even milliseconds after the deadline considered late.
