About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Air Force's Air Force Life Cycle Management Center to identify potential contractors for supporting the Vietnam Air Defense Air Force (ADAF) with T-6C Training Aircraft sustainment. The RFI seeks capabilities for five primary areas: Mission Planning System, Country Standard Technical Orders, T-6C Trainer Aircraft Spares and Accessories, Program Management & Technical Support, and Support Equipment, with an anticipated performance period from 2025-2028.

The document includes a detailed Contractor Capability Survey with 23 questions covering business information, engineering services, hardware production, repair capabilities, and commerciality. Respondents must submit a 12-page capabilities package in PDF format, demonstrating expertise in aircraft operation and sustainment. Only United States companies are eligible, and the government will use this market research to determine whether the future procurement will be full and open competition, a small business set-aside, or a sole source acquisition. Responses must be submitted electronically to specified Air Force email addresses, with recommendations to keep individual file sizes under 5MB.
