About this file

The attached document is a bid schedule for a Video Management System (VMS) contract opportunity led by the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), through the Division of Purchasing (DOP), for the state of Idaho and Bonner County jurisdiction. The bid schedule includes three tables: Table One for professional services such as design, installation, and support; Table Two for VMS equipment including cameras, racks, and licensing; and Table Three for ongoing costs such as software licenses and maintenance. Bidders must provide fully burdened rates for each item and the award will be based on the lowest total cost across all three tables. Bidding is open, and no incumbent contractor is specified.

The pricing structure requires bidders to provide their contractor selling price, contractor cost, and percentage markup for each VMS equipment item. Bidders must utilize the provided tables without altering the format. This is an annual subscription contract opportunity, but no specific funding amount or source is mentioned.
