Item # Question Answer
1 As discussed on the pre-bid meeting today, 8/14/2020, on the west ramp, we are respectfully requesting clarification of quantities of the Chapter 13 partial-depth repairs as found on the SOV. Phase II Pavement Transition Repair Section A-a, as well as the full-depth repair quantities on the above mentioned project.
The government is estimating 450 cubic feet of partial depth repair based on a depth of 4 inches and the area of effect as shown in the provided drawings. The government is not including any full depth repair in the scope of this project.
2 What is the name of the document that contains information or a statement in regards to on site material disposal? Please provide the corresponding section number and section title within the document which contains said information.

REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF
CONTAMINATED MEDIA
Concrete to be hauled to location per attached Material Disposal Location.
Disturbed soils to be graded in the local area to promote drainage away from pathways.
