Proposals must include six copies (one unbound original and five bound copies) plus a digital copy, limited to 75 pages excluding required attachments. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate, Workers' Compensation at statutory limits, and Professional Liability coverage. Proposers must comply with Florida statutes including E-Verify employment eligibility verification and drug-free workplace certification. No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are specified in the solicitation.
