Evaluation criteria include firm qualifications and experience (30 points), similar projects and references (20 points), project approach (20 points), personnel and project team experience (25 points), RFQ response required forms (5 points), and potential additional points for presentations. Proposers must submit six copies of their proposal (one unbound original and five bound copies) plus a digital copy, with proposals limited to 75 pages excluding required attachments and forms. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate, Workers' Compensation at statutory limits, and Professional Liability coverage. Proposers must comply with various Florida statutes including E-Verify employment eligibility verification, drug-free workplace certification, and public entity crimes disclosure.

Please be advised that subjects and matters involving the evaluation, ranking and selection of responders to this procurement activity of the City will be discussed by the selection committee and the selection committee will take appropriate actions relating thereto.
