About this file
The Vessel Data Sheet is a comprehensive template for documenting detailed specifications of a maritime vessel, designed to capture critical technical and operational information. The document provides extensive fields for recording vessel characteristics including hull dimensions, engine specifications, navigation equipment, capacity details, and required supplementary documentation.
The accompanying federal contract opportunity (Solicitation W912ES25QA035) from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a new or used inland river towing vessel with specific parameters: constructed no earlier than 2010, length between 65-130 ft, 1,200-3,000 BHP, maximum draft of 8.5 ft, fuel capacity of 9,000-40,000 gallons, and accommodations for at least 4 crew members. The vessel will be delivered to Fountain City, WI, with a preferred delivery in Spring 2026. The solicitation is unrestricted, allowing firms of any size to submit offers, and requires potential vendors to submit questions through www.ProjNet.org.
