About this file

This file is a Vendor Response Questions document designed to gather information from prospective service providers in response to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Jackson, SC. The RFI seeks to identify vendors capable of providing soldier resilience, therapeutic support, trauma-response, and wellness services within a 40-mile radius of Fort Jackson. The document does not constitute a formal solicitation and carries no obligation for the Government to award a contract or reimburse respondents for their costs.

The vendor response questions are organized into seven categories to assess capability and alignment with the Brigade's needs. Section A requests basic company information including UEI, CAGE code, point of contact, facility location confirmation within 40 miles of Fort Jackson, and organizational mission description. Sections B through D evaluate clinical capability, specifically requiring vendors to demonstrate experience supporting soldier resilience and mental fitness, rapid-response trauma services aligned with structured frameworks such as Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) or Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), and documentation of licensed clinicians with relevant certifications including CISM, EMDR, and CBT. Sections E and F address operational capacity, including hours of availability for urgent response, ability to support groups of 10-50 soldiers, accommodation of short-notice sessions, customization to military training environments, and integration with the Brigade's established Trauma-response operating procedures. Section G requests commercial pricing information, confirmation of commercial item status under FAR 2.101, and details on any package pricing, group rates, or subscription models available.
