About this file

This file is a vendor registration guide from the Iowa Department of Administrative Services providing instructions for vendors to register and access state procurement opportunities. The guide explains that vendors must create accounts in IMPACS (Iowa Management of Procurement & Contracts System), which operates on the JAGGAER ONE platform, to access bidding opportunities and submit proposals for state contracts. Vendors can register for commodity codes to receive targeted bid notifications via email matching their business areas. The specific contract opportunity referenced—the Adair WMA Invasive Brush Treatment—requires qualified contractors to treat invasive brush on 46 acres of the Adair Wildlife Management Area in Adair County, Iowa, with proposals due November 2, 2026. All bid specifications and submissions must be completed exclusively through the IMPACS system using solicitation number 27CRDWBJASHF-2.

The vendor registration process is straightforward, allowing vendors to create accounts using a forwarded invitation or direct registration link, with support available through JAGGAER's supplier portal and customer service at 1-800-233-1121. JAGGAER securely maintains company information and restricts access to select administrators and procurement specialists, with no sale or unauthorized use of vendor data. Vendors can register under diversity classifications if certified as diverse suppliers. For questions regarding the invasive brush treatment procurement or other technical issues, interested parties should contact procurement@dnr.iowa.gov or call 515-725-8200.
