Question
1
Exhibit C – Cost Workbook
Instructions Tab
Under “Other Project Costs”, it states “This includes software licensing agreement costs after Final System Acceptance”. Is EDD expecting the response to include licensing costs during M&O or will licenses be procured separately using other procurement vehicles?

Please refer to revisions in RFP 3213 Shared Customer Portal Enhancements, Addendum 4, Exhibit C – Cost Workbook, Instructions Tab.

2
Exhibit C – Cost Workbook
Summary Tab

The “% Total Cost” column is prefilled with percentages rather than a formula. Is this one of the fields intended to be a formula for the responder to calculate, or is EDD expecting the response to align with the percentages provided?

Please refer to revisions in RFP 3213 Shared Customer Portal Enhancements, Addendum 4, Exhibit C – Cost Workbook, Summary Tab.
