Key details include that the vendor will initially use their own credit card processor upon contract execution, but must integrate with the Illinois Treasurer's ePay processor by November 1, 2018. The IFB allows for subcontracting, which must be disclosed per Section 1.6.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for Payment Processing/Reporting for Megapass-Admissions-Parking. Bids are due on 3/20/2018 and must be submitted in paper and USB/DVD format, not through BidBuy. The IFB provides complete details and requirements for this opportunity.
