About this file

The document provided is Vendor Instructions for responding to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Illinois. The RFP seeks to fill the Agency's need to manage the State's Unemployment Benefits to be paid out to eligible claimants. Per COVID-19 directives, all responses must be submitted electronically, and paper submissions will not be accepted. The RFP details the process for submitting quotes, including requirements for the General, Items, Terms and Conditions, and Attachments tabs, as well as guidance on pricing and required attachments.

The contract opportunity is for Benefit Banking services. The State is looking to engage a vendor to manage the distribution of unemployment benefits to eligible claimants. The RFP does not provide specific details on quantities, response dates, award dates, or contract term. Pricing information is to be submitted separately from the technical proposal, and vendors are instructed to mark any attachments containing pricing data accordingly to avoid disqualification.
