About this file

This document outlines the vendor registration requirements for the Commonwealth of Virginia's eVA Internet electronic procurement solution. All vendors seeking to provide construction or professional services to the Commonwealth must register in eVA and pay the applicable vendor transaction fees. The related state and local contract opportunity is for interior repairs to the Fort Barfoot 2220 DFAC facility. The general work includes demolition, new flooring, tile, deck replacement, and painting. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 3, 2024, and the Point of Contact is Scott Newcomb.

The eVA vendor registration and transaction fee requirements apply to this contract opportunity. Vendor transaction fees are determined by the date the original purchase order is issued, and the current fees can be found on the eVA website. This contract will result in one or more purchase orders with the eVA applicable transaction fee assessed for each order. The contract is for the state of Virginia and the jurisdiction of Nottoway County.
