About this file

This is a vehicle purchase specification document for Cuyahoga County, Ohio, detailing requirements for the procurement of two new Chrysler Voyager vans. The specification calls for vehicles from the 2026 or 2027 model years, which must be new and never previously titled. The document permits consideration of alternate equipment equivalents from current, past, or future model years, provided that detailed specifications are submitted for review by Public Works subject matter experts. The specification does not indicate specific response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder's meetings, though it references an estimated lead time that may factor into award consideration.

Pricing for the quoted vehicles must remain firm for 60 days from submission. Any manufacturer-imposed price increases above the bid price require supporting documentation submitted to the County and must receive prior County approval before vehicle ordering. The County reserves the right to terminate any agreement or Purchase Order if the final price exceeds the bid price. The winning bidder must comply with all county requirements, including registration in the Infor electronic purchasing system and registration with the Cuyahoga County Inspector General's Office. The title and odometer statement for completed vehicles must be hand-delivered to the Department of Public Works, Fleet Manager, located at 2501 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights, Ohio 44105.
