About this file
This is a Vehicle Purchase Specification document for Cuyahoga County, Ohio, specifically for the procurement of two new Chrysler Voyagers (with Chrysler Pacifica vans as an alternate consideration). The specification requires that all quoted vehicles be new, never-titled 2026 or 2027 model year vehicles. The winning bidder must comply with all county requirements, including registration in the Infor electronic purchasing system and the Cuyahoga County Inspector General's Office registry. Alternate equipment equivalents to the specified vehicles will be considered and reviewed by Public Works subject matter experts, provided they are accompanied by full detailed specifications. Title and odometer statements must be hand-delivered to the Department of Public Works, Fleet Manager, located at 2501 Harvard Avenue, Newburgh Heights, OH 44105. Estimated lead time may be factored into the award decision.
All quoted prices must remain firm for 60 days from bid submission. In the event manufacturers impose price increases, the bidder must submit documentation to the County explaining and supporting the increase, and any price increases above the original bid amount require County approval prior to vehicle ordering. The County reserves the right to terminate any agreement or purchase order if the final price exceeds the bid price, and the estimated lead time for vehicle delivery may be considered as a factor in the award determination.
