HCPS will submit a recommendation to the School Board for approval to waive the solicitation process. Quarterly progress reports will be provided throughout the engagement, with a final evaluation conducted at the 12-month conclusion to assess the centralization process's impact on SNS leadership team performance. Multiple-year sole sourcing decisions are valid for one year after School Board approval and must be reposted and validated before renewal.
