About this file
The document is a detailed specification sheet for a Vacuum Furnace with specific technical requirements for laboratory equipment. The furnace must operate on 208V or 220V power, have an interior space capable of holding a 12-inch cubic assembly for microfluidics boards, and reach a maximum temperature of 1200 Celsius. Additional critical specifications include a digital vacuum gauge, compact dimensions of 30 × 30 × 36 inches or less, dual capability for inert gas and vacuum operations, and the ability to reach a vacuum of 5E-4 torr or lower. The requirements are designed to ensure the furnace meets precise scientific research needs while fitting within an existing lab space.
