This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) VA244-17-R-1154. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule identified in the solicitation to provide services necessary to perform Board Certified Neurophysiologist Physician Services and Board Certified Neurodiagnostic Technologist services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Pittsburgh, Healthcare System.

The subsequent contract will be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award one (1) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, (IDIQ) Contract, made to one offeror who can successfully place a competitive proposal for the service required.

This solicitation will be set aside for small businesses. All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award and complete their online Representations and Certifications at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 621111 with a size standard of $11 million in average annual receipts. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is responsive and conforming to the RFP, and are also determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 source selection procedures. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price Evaluation of the offeror’s response to the solicitation. Prospective offerors must submit their proposals broken down into 3 volumes label as such: technical capability, past performance, and price to be considered for award.

The anticipated release date for the Solicitation is April 16, 2018. The solicitation will be posted at this website, www.fbo.gov. All inquiries shall be in writing, e-mail inquiries to Brandi Shellhammer at Brandi.Shellhammer@va.gov.
