About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that outlines the Configuration Status Accounting Reports (CSARs) required for the NEXCOM Version 2 (V2) Ultra High Frequency (UHF) and Very High Frequency (VHF) Receiver and Transmitter equipment. The CDRL specifies the format, content, frequency, and distribution requirements for the CSARs, which are designed to provide information to identify the configuration items and track the status and implementation of changes.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for the Long Term Supportability Data Package (LTSDP) and continued engineering, logistical, managerial, and configuration management support for the NEXCOM V2 UHF and VHF radio equipment through December 2039. The FAA is seeking interested and capable sources that can perform LTSDP inspection, maintain configuration status accounting reports and product baseline data, and provide expertise to troubleshoot and implement changes to the radio software baseline. Responses must include company information, descriptions of relevant data products, and evidence of personnel expertise, and are limited to 15 pages. This is not a solicitation, and the FAA will use the responses to inform its acquisition strategy.
