About this file
This document is a Utility Information sheet for the Munger Rd Bridges #1005 and #2001 Project (#224008), involving multiple utility companies and the Ada County Highway District (ACHD). The project requires utility companies to complete relocations, adjustments, and installations within approximately 20 working days after initial site preparation, with potential impacts on the contractor's critical path schedule. Utility companies are expected to work on-site during every project phase, and the contractor must coordinate and accommodate utility work throughout the project.
The document provides detailed contact information for six utility companies involved in the project: Sparklight, Lumen, Star Sewer and Water, Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, and Syringa Networks. Each utility listing includes a contact name, phone number, and email address. The ACHD Utility Coordinator, Scott Bennett, is available at (208) 387-6259 for any questions. The utility work is governed by ACHD General Conditions Section 26, and the project requires careful scheduling and coordination to manage utility relocations and installations effectively.
